The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Curdridge booed when ASTRAL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jasapala Khalsa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abhika Rao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dharmamrta Pujari, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Abhijit Sidhu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arganjan Sahu having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Jasapala Khalsa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ASTRAL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curdridge the free kick. It was a penalty for Curdridge! Arganjan Sahu went to the wrong direction when Golaki Dalel was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. When Angirasa Hora fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ASTRAL's protests and gave Angirasa Hora a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ASTRAL getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Angirasa Hora hit a great ball. Curdridge were furious when Dayasagara Dhudwal was red carded, 72 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The goalkeeper, Arganjan Sahu, was totally fooled by ASTRAL's Golaki Dalel, who 74 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 80 minutes into the match, ASTRAL's goal looked a bit too open when Abayankara Sohal came free, but Abhika Rao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Jasapala Khalsa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abhijit Sidhu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arganjan Sahu having to interfere.
