When La Mafia's Amlana Bawa, in the 9th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for La Mafia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amlana Bawa in the 14th minute of play forced Dorney City's goalkeeper Sardar Lyngdoh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dhandapani Sabharwal might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hardhian Panu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dhandapani Sabharwal ran back to his position shaking his head. When Avadha More came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Dorney City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Avadha More couldn't finish the play. Hardhian Panu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dhandapani Sabharwal in the 37th minute. Dhandapani Sabharwal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Hardhian Panu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Citapati Mandal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hardhian Panu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Citapati Mandal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Citapati Mandal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hardhian Panu having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Citapati Mandal fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amlana Bawa was the one to do the kick off. Sardar Lyngdoh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amlana Bawa in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute Amlana Bawa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sardar Lyngdoh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Mafia's Hardhian Panu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dhandapani Sabharwal in the 62nd minute of play. Citapati Mandal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hardhian Panu having to interfere. A collision led to Dorney City getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Vasant Pant hit a great ball. Hasaratha Bansal hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Vasant Pant took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hardhian Panu. La Mafia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Dorney City's Citapati Mandal got a free kick in the 95th minute. The La Mafia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
