Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Ditaujas Sarkar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dhandapani Sabharwal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Ditaujas Sarkar made a huge save. 10 minutes into the game, Ryker's Atimanita Desai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sardar Lyngdoh made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ryker's Atideva Bhave got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atimanita Desai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Sardar Lyngdoh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anudvega Subba charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anudvega Subba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd minute, Atimanita Desai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sardar Lyngdoh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atideva Bhave in the 34th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Avadha More hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Atimanita Desai in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sardar Lyngdoh saved Dorney City from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atideva Bhave in the 37th minute of play forced Dorney City's goalkeeper Sardar Lyngdoh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atimanita Desai blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sardar Lyngdoh having to make a save. Atideva Bhave blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sardar Lyngdoh having to make a save. In the 39th minute, Atimanita Desai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sardar Lyngdoh was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ryker's Ditaujas Sarkar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Ryker from getting a goal against them. After the first half Ryker were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Atimanita Desai made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ryker's goal looked a bit too open when Dhandapani Sabharwal came free, but Ditaujas Sarkar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dhandapani Sabharwal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ryker's goalkeeper Ditaujas Sarkar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 61st minute of the match Vasant Pant sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ditaujas Sarkar skillfully saved the ball. Ditaujas Sarkar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dhandapani Sabharwal, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Citapati Mandal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ditaujas Sarkar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atimanita Desai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ryker's Ditaujas Sarkar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Citapati Mandal in the 96th minute of play. The Dorney City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ryker were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
