Spectators: 7783 (Terracing: 5838, Seating: 1790, VIP seats: 155) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Citapati Mandal took the kick off in the first half of the match. Kupati Attariwala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sardar Lyngdoh having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Dorney City's Citapati Mandal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amritaka Mandal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Prakash Sangha might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sardar Lyngdoh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Prakash Sangha ran back to his position shaking his head. Prakash Sangha struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Sardar Lyngdoh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wibtoft City. After 19 played minutes Citapati Mandal rounded Wibtoft City's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Prakash Sangha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sardar Lyngdoh having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prakash Sangha in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sardar Lyngdoh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Prakash Sangha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Sardar Lyngdoh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 35 minutes, Prakash Sangha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wibtoft City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prakash Sangha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sardar Lyngdoh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kupati Attariwala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Prakash Sangha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wibtoft City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After a defensive mix-up in Dorney City's zone, Abhyudaya Boparai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sardar Lyngdoh came out of the goal and Abhyudaya Boparai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sardar Lyngdoh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prakash Sangha, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Citapati Mandal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Amritaka Mandal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sardar Lyngdoh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prakash Sangha in the 65th minute of play. Harinath Shankar kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Kupati Attariwala's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Sardar Lyngdoh skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 82 played minutes Prakash Sangha rounded Dorney City's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Prakash Sangha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Prakash Sangha kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Wibtoft City's Kupati Attariwala nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sardar Lyngdoh made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. With a little luck, Dorney City's Sardar Lyngdoh got control of the ball when Kupati Attariwala tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wibtoft City's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
