Spectators: 7339 (Terracing: 5839, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dharanija Padda took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Otterham FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dharanija Padda fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Auttamika Ghag had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 6 minutes into the game, Alakaprabha Khaira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calcuta Athletic Rangers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Otterham FC the free kick. A collision led to Calcuta Athletic Rangers getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Alakaprabha Khaira hit a great ball. Prabhleen Sheikh hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Jaigata Bahia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Namjeev Kelkar was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Dharanija Padda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dharanija Padda really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 17 played minutes Otterham FC got a freekick which was hit by Jaigata Bahia. The supporters of Otterham FC booed when Calcuta Athletic Rangers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kapilan Khahera didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duleep Ghag in the 30th minute of play forced Otterham FC's goalkeeper Namjeev Kelkar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dharanija Padda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kapilan Khahera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Duleep Ghag received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Namjeev Kelkar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dharanija Padda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Namjeev Kelkar having to make a save. After having played for 48 minutes, Duleep Ghag managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calcuta Athletic Rangers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Duleep Ghag was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Auttamika Ghag to strike the kick off in the second half. Dharanija Padda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Namjeev Kelkar having to interfere. Namjeev Kelkar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kapilan Khahera, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute Kapilan Khahera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Namjeev Kelkar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kapilan Khahera took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Namjeev Kelkar. Namjeev Kelkar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Otterham FC's Namjeev Kelkar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duleep Ghag in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dharanija Padda in the 63rd minute of play forced Otterham FC's goalkeeper Namjeev Kelkar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Daya Cheema had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Namjeev Kelkar. Otterham FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daya Cheema was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Namjeev Kelkar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duleep Ghag in the 78th minute of play. Otterham FC's Namjeev Kelkar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dharanija Padda in the 79th minute of play. Guirdeep Verma hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Namjeev Kelkar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dharanija Padda went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Calcuta Athletic Rangers walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
