Bhanucandra Kharka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bharosa Chopra in the 24th minute of the match. Krishnan Turkar struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Bhanucandra Kharka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ickenham FC. If Bharosa Chopra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ickenham FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Krishnan Turkar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bhanucandra Kharka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Atisthira Krishnamurthy took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Amitayus Chaudhary to make any attempt to save it. Damin Gugral made a great header on Samtop FC's corner, it was just that Ickenham FC's Amitayus Chaudhary managed to reach the ball for a save. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Ickenham FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
