Arvinderjeet Rajput made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 42nd minute, Thunderbolt FC's Kalasinha Girgla dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. The supporters of Rice n Curry FC booed when Thunderbolt FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Katamaraja Bhatti didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes, Rice n Curry FC's Indumathy Gill shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Javin Saha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rice n Curry FC reached it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dhrsita Rathod to make the kick off. Hiren Rahul might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arvinderjeet Rajput. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hiren Rahul ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 60 minutes, Jhilmit Nijjar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thunderbolt FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jhilmit Nijjar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Thunderbolt FC booed when Rice n Curry FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bhupen Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Hiren Rahul got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Atirathra Bagha kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Avirhotra Chandha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Thunderbolt FC's goalkeeper Javin Saha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arcat Bhambra. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Jhilmit Nijjar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thunderbolt FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jhilmit Nijjar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arvinderjeet Rajput breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 73rd minute Prabhgun Sandhar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arvinderjeet Rajput saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kalasinha Girgla took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arvinderjeet Rajput. Arvinderjeet Rajput dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Jhilmit Nijjar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Javin Saha made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Kalamurti Nahal sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rice n Curry FC's goalkeeper Arvinderjeet Rajput, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kalasinha Girgla might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arvinderjeet Rajput. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kalasinha Girgla ran back to his position shaking his head. Thunderbolt FC's Prabhgun Sandhar got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Javin Saha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dhrsita Rathod in the 88th minute of the match. Prabhgun Sandhar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute Dhrsita Rathod shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javin Saha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Thunderbolt FC fully deserved thier win.
