In the 13th minute Cidrupa Lell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alipriya Malhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alipriya Malhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adisesan Ragi in the 20th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Cidrupa Lell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Southbourne AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cidrupa Lell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alipriya Malhan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adisesan Ragi struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Nirmla Rahul charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nirmla Rahul the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute, one of Bombay Brats:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bombay Brats. Alipriya Malhan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abhikanksa Tangadavi went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cidrupa Lell in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alipriya Malhan saved Bombay Brats from getting behind. In the 85th minute, Cidrupa Lell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Southbourne AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Alipriya Malhan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cidrupa Lell in the 92nd minute. Navjot Narindra didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Bombay Brats's Asanga Gaekwad shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-3 in the ordered_time% minute.
