High Wycombe City's Amirtharaj Maheshwari was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Adri Kang in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Abhyudaya Naik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gobinda Sharma in the 61st minute of the match. After having played for 65 minutes, Rajindar Nahal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. High Wycombe City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rajindar Nahal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abhyudaya Naik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Buddhadatta Vaidya, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Kavibhusana Chawla got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Cittaprasanna Sharma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Adri Kang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Cottered United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rajindar Nahal fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the High Wycombe City defense, Jagajiva Jha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abhyudaya Naik. The High Wycombe City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abhyudaya Naik should have stopped the shot. Adri Kang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Indrinika Siddhu in the 97th minute of the match. The Cottered United support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
