An unexpectedly hard shot by Indrasita Pahwa in the 12th minute of play forced Lavendon's goalkeeper Atimanusa Sheikh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes in the game, Indrasita Pahwa fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Atimanusa Sheikh having to interfere. Lavendon's Karacura Chavan got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Vishwanata Sangma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Vishwanata Sangma managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lavendon's supporters rose to their feet, but Vishwanata Sangma was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rameysh Kalirai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Indrasita Pahwa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atimanusa Sheikh was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Kasara Vurghese took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rameysh Kalirai. Radway's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Karacura Chavan struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Rameysh Kalirai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lavendon. 31 minutes into the match, Radway's goal looked a bit too open when Karacura Chavan came free, but Rameysh Kalirai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kusumakara Rajput hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 38 played minutes, Lavendon's Sivarasa Tjinder shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rameysh Kalirai came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lavendon reached it. Atiratra Bawa got his second yellow card in the match during the 40th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Atiratra Bawa kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Indrasita Pahwa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Radway's supporters rose to their feet, but Indrasita Pahwa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atimanusa Sheikh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anantarama Kasal kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Indrasita Pahwa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lavendon! In the 63rd minute of the match Lavendon got a corner. Radway's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sivarasa Tjinder ran over to the corner to take the kick. Vishwanata Sangma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Narendra Thakkar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rameysh Kalirai having to interfere. When Devanirmita Ghoshal fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Radway's protests and gave Devanirmita Ghoshal a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Radway's Devanirmita Ghoshal got a free kick in the 69th minute. Atimanusa Sheikh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Indrasita Pahwa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Lavendon's goal looked a bit too open when Hemanya Sudan came free, but Atimanusa Sheikh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 84 minutes, Vishwanata Sangma managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lavendon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vishwanata Sangma was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Radway's Hemanya Sudan got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karacura Chavan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lavendon's Vishwanata Sangma got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Indrasita Pahwa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atimanusa Sheikh having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anantarama Kasal during the 99th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 99th minute, Anantarama Kasal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Lavendon's zone, Hemanya Sudan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atimanusa Sheikh came out of the goal and Hemanya Sudan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Radway support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
