Apratirupa Rai charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Apratirupa Rai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pirton FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Apratirupa Rai hit a great ball. Balakrishna Jaggi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamalabuddhi Dey having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Balakrishna Jaggi in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kamalabuddhi Dey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Pirton FC defense, Gorla Ahluwalia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kamalabuddhi Dey. The Pirton FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kamalabuddhi Dey should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Caruhasan Sirjoshi got free with Kamaraja Barmi in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Balakrishna Jaggi in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kamalabuddhi Dey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kamalabuddhi Dey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gorla Ahluwalia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 played minutes Pirton FC got a freekick which was hit by Mohana Chahal. Balakrishna Jaggi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Kamalabuddhi Dey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Belvedere FC's Kamaraja Barmi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hansini Bhatt in the 41st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Balakrishna Jaggi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kamalabuddhi Dey was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. When Belvedere FC's Balakrishna Jaggi in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Kamalabuddhi Dey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Balakrishna Jaggis short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Kamalabuddhi Dey to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Balakrishna Jaggi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute Balakrishna Jaggi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamalabuddhi Dey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Caruhasan Sirjoshi made a precise shot to the right of Kamaraja Barmi. Belvedere FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Balakrishna Jaggi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Kamalabuddhi Dey when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kamaraja Barmi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caruhasan Sirjoshi in the 71st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pirton FC's Ayutayu Bisla got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Gorla Ahluwalia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kamalabuddhi Dey. That made the score 1-2 in the 75 minute of play. If Balakrishna Jaggi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Pirton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Balakrishna Jaggi came free, but Kamalabuddhi Dey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kutilagesa Manjrekar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamalabuddhi Dey having to interfere. A hard shot 86 in the game by Balakrishna Jaggi from a close distance when the talented Kamalabuddhi Dey managed to make a qualified save. Pirton FC's players were relieved. Balakrishna Jaggi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kamalabuddhi Dey having to make a save. 91 minutes into the match, Pirton FC's goalkeeper Kamalabuddhi Dey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Balakrishna Jaggi. Belvedere FC's Kamaraja Barmi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hansini Bhatt in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balakrishna Jaggi in the 95th minute of play forced Pirton FC's goalkeeper Kamalabuddhi Dey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belvedere FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
