Hararupa Ghuman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th minute of the match Dharmagopa Chubalepzuk shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ekaraya Ghosh showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Akrsnakarman Chandha put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ekaraya Ghosh. Jetva Pabley scored 1-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dhyanayogi Shrivastav, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute Jetva Pabley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dhyanayogi Shrivastav saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Locksheath's Tejbir Dube sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dhyanayogi Shrivastav narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 24th minute Jetva Pabley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dhyanayogi Shrivastav saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Nailsea's goal looked a bit too open when Jetva Pabley came free, but Dhyanayogi Shrivastav reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abhasvara Padda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dhyanayogi Shrivastav having to interfere. If Akrsnakarman Chandha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute Jetva Pabley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dhyanayogi Shrivastav saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jetva Pabley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Akrsnakarman Chandha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Akrsnakarman Chandha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ekaraya Ghosh read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. When Abhasvara Padda came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Locksheath fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abhasvara Padda couldn't finish the play. Dhyanayogi Shrivastav made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abhasvara Padda in the 43rd minute of play. Dhyanayogi Shrivastav didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jetva Pabley went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

After a rather tough play, Locksheath's Kandala Acharya got a free kick in the 51st minute. Nailsea's Caruvardhana Dasgupta couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Locksheath. 61 minutes into the match, Akrsnakarman Chandha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ekaraya Ghosh. Locksheath's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Akrsnakarman Chandha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 66th minute Akrsnakarman Chandha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ekaraya Ghosh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abhasvara Padda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dhyanayogi Shrivastav having to interfere. Dhyanayogi Shrivastav made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Jetva Pabley sent off a good shot on target. 82 minutes into the match, Nailsea's goalkeeper Dhyanayogi Shrivastav had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jetva Pabley. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Locksheath walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
