Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kacangala Bharadwaj took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Thrybergh FC's goalkeeper Ghanaram Sethi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Indradatta Sran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karniki Toor went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ghanaram Sethi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kacangala Bharadwaj, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Karniki Toor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Indradatta Sran having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vasan Shahraj in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Indradatta Sran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lavenham's Golaki Chhugani got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th match minute, Thrybergh FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prem Pal to maneuver through the defense. Lavenham's Kacangala Bharadwaj got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Golaki Chhugani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ghanaram Sethi having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Vasan Shahraj made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Kacangala Bharadwaj managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lavenham's supporters rose to their feet, but Kacangala Bharadwaj was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ghanaram Sethi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kacangala Bharadwaj struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Ghanaram Sethi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lavenham. Indradatta Sran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasan Shahraj in the 92nd minute of the match. Ghanaram Sethi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kacangala Bharadwaj showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 94 minute of play. Lavenham's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
