Spectators: 7841 (Terracing: 5882, Seating: 1803, VIP seats: 156) Narottam Mehra started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 9 minutes into the match, Durvarana Dalvi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hatha Das, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Durvarana Dalvi in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hatha Das saved Grimsby from getting behind. Durvarana Dalvi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hatha Das having to interfere. Hatha Das was a little too slow when Durvarana Dalvi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 3-0. A collision led to Grimsby getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Garbhaka Jhuti hit a great ball. When Durvarana Dalvi came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Harwich fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Durvarana Dalvi couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the game, Narottam Mehra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Amodin Bhasin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 32 played minutes Grimsby got a freekick which was hit by Advitiya Johar. The audience was convinced that Durvarana Dalvi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hatha Das was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. In the 40th minute, Avita Lally got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Durvarana Dalvi in the 44th minute of play forced Grimsby's goalkeeper Hatha Das to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hatha Das showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Durvarana Dalvi, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The audience was convinced that Durvarana Dalvi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hatha Das was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Durvarana Dalvi made the kick off in the second half. If Durvarana Dalvi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Durvarana Dalvi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Hatha Das tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arhat Patiala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. The tension between the Harwich and the Grimsby players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Harwich was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daksapati Kishore to maneuver through the defense. Amodin Bhasin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narottam Mehra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Taru Bajaj kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After 70 minutes of play, Harwich's Daksapati Kishore made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hatha Das was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hatha Das came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Harwich's Arhat Patiala. But to his dismay, Arhat Patiala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. In the 77thth minute of the game Durvarana Dalvi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grimsby's Hatha Das was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Durvarana Dalvi in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hatha Das prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute, Siddharth Kumar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Grimsby's Dadhyan Waraich dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-2. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 7-2 when Durvarana Dalvi sped through Grimsby's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hatha Das. An unexpectedly hard shot by Durvarana Dalvi in the 90th minute of play forced Grimsby's goalkeeper Hatha Das to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daksapati Kishore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hatha Das having to interfere. Durvarana Dalvi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hatha Das having to make a save. If Durvarana Dalvi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harwich's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
