Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abhyagni Siddhu kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Adhiksita Biswas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adarsa Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aticanda Madhusudan in the 5th minute of play forced Sihor fc's goalkeeper Adarsa Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Kuladeva Acharya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aticanda Madhusudan in the 9th minute of play forced Sihor fc's goalkeeper Adarsa Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adarsa Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adhiksita Biswas in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute Abhyagni Siddhu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adarsa Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adarsa Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aticanda Madhusudan, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Jaishankar Pannu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abhiviraja Venkataramanappa struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Jata Gandhi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sihor fc. Hitaisi Vadhwa's late challenge caught a Retford City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hitaisi Vadhwa helped the player get up and apologised. Hitaisi Vadhwa kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 31 minutes of play Sihor fc's Hitaisi Vadhwa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 32nd match minute, Sihor fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hitaisi Vadhwa to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dasasarman Swamy in the 35th minute of play forced Sihor fc's goalkeeper Adarsa Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Sihor fc's Uttampreet Prewal got a free kick in the 36th minute. When Shashi Kaal came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Retford City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shashi Kaal couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute, Abhyagni Siddhu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adarsa Mendes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After the first half Retford City were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Ambumani Diyali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adhiksita Biswas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adarsa Mendes came out and tried to block the shot, but Adhiksita Biswas slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 61st minute. Thanks to some nice moves Aticanda Madhusudan could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Adarsa Mendes however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Abhyagni Siddhu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Retford City's supporters rose to their feet, but Abhyagni Siddhu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adarsa Mendes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adhiksita Biswas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Adarsa Mendes made a huge save. Adarsa Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abhyagni Siddhu in the 76th minute of the match. Adarsa Mendes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aticanda Madhusudan in the 81st minute. Sihor fc's Adarsa Mendes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abhyagni Siddhu in the 83rd minute of play. Ambumani Diyali recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adarsa Mendes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adhiksita Biswas in the 87th minute. Adarsa Mendes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abhyagni Siddhu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sihor fc's Abhiviraja Venkataramanappa got a free kick in the 89th minute. After 96 minutes Sihor fc's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Shashi Kaal who took care of the corner kick. Vasantha Thapa was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The Sihor fc fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Retford City were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
