Adityesa Phom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ansaka Moktan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Janacandra Jain having to interfere. liverpool4life JFT 96's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Ansaka Moktan scored to the left of an out of position Janacandra Jain, making the score, 1-0. Atish Dale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adityesa Phom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 played minutes Weaverham FC got a freekick which was hit by Barinder Chima. After some careless play in the Weaverham FC defense, Anti Chandha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atish Dale. The Weaverham FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atish Dale should have stopped the shot. Kalwinder Dindral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Anti Chandha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Atish Dale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anti Chandha in the 39th minute of the match. Adityesa Phom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Atish Dale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Anti Chandha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ansaka Moktan came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Weaverham FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ansaka Moktan couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Janacandra Jain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ansaka Moktan, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adityesa Phom couldn't finish the play. The attack was good, but when Govindagowda Mehra in the 90th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal.
