An unexpectedly hard shot by Jayant Mitra in the 29th minute of play forced Leamington Spa's goalkeeper Kalal Sen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jayant Mitra in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kalal Sen saved Leamington Spa from getting behind. Jayant Mitra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jayant Mitra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Leamington Spa's goal looked a bit too open when Jayant Mitra came free, but Kalal Sen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kalal Sen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jayant Mitra went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 53 played minutes Leamington Spa got a freekick which was hit by Abhiramana Pant. Abhijeet Parabs short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Kalal Sen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abhijeet Parab in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kalal Sen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd minute, Jayant Mitra fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Kalal Sen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abhijeet Parab in the 63rd minute of play. Jayant Mitra kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 65thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Leamington Spa's keeper Kalal Sen was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After a defensive mix-up in Leamington Spa's zone, Abhijeet Parab stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abhijeet Parab in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kalal Sen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abhijeet Parab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dasadyu Nahal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jayant Mitra came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the PRIME ATHLETICO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jayant Mitra couldn't finish the play. Jayant Mitra's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Kalal Sen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jayant Mitra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Kalal Sen made a huge save. In the 93rd minute Abhijeet Parab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalal Sen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abhijeet Parab in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kalal Sen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jayant Mitra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Kalal Sen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abhijeet Parab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. PRIME ATHLETICO FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
