Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Avabhasita Chauhan in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anjasa Roy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jitvan Sabnis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Idhma Anand, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Jitvan Sabnis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Qhanraj Jhuti went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Anjasa Roy made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Avabhasita Chauhan sent off a good shot on target. After 27 played minutes Thanet got a freekick which was hit by Bekura Samra. Jasjit Kale received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anjasa Roy came out and tried to block the shot, but Jasjit Kale slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 28th minute. Avabhasita Chauhan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 31st minute. Astley's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Anjasa Roy made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Avabhasita Chauhan sent off a good shot on target. Jasjit Kale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Anjasa Roy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
