Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anutosa Paranjpe started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Agnisika Chaddha made a precise shot to the right of Haricarana Lanong. East Dulwich's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agnisika Chaddha got free with Haricarana Lanong in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Haricarana Lanong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aryabhata Khandelwal in the 14th minute. Agnisika Chettri kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Haricarana Lanong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anutosa Paranjpe in the 17th minute of play. Haricarana Lanong stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anutosa Paranjpe's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Welford's zone, Inan De stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harasvarupa Baweja came out of the goal and Inan De tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Akama Shetty kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Harasvarupa Baweja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inan De in the 23rd minute of play. When Agnisika Chettri fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored East Dulwich's protests and gave Agnisika Chettri a yellow card for diving instead. After 28 played minutes East Dulwich got a freekick which was hit by Agnisika Chettri. Haricarana Lanong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aryabhata Khandelwal in the 32nd minute of play. Agnisika Chaddha took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Haricarana Lanong. Haricarana Lanong dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Haricarana Lanong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anutosa Paranjpe in the 39th minute of play. Welford's Harasvarupa Baweja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inan De in the 42nd minute of play. Inan De took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harasvarupa Baweja. Harasvarupa Baweja dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Inan De to make the kick off. Haricarana Lanong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aryabhata Khandelwal in the 57th minute of play. When East Dulwich's Andhraka Kamle in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Welford's goalie prevented a goal. In the 60th match minute, Welford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Akama Shetty to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute of the match Inan De shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Harasvarupa Baweja showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. East Dulwich's Haricarana Lanong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agnisika Chaddha in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Agnisika Chaddha notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of East Dulwich's Haricarana Lanong. Haricarana Lanong was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Welford's Harasvarupa Baweja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inan De in the 77th minute of play. Ras Fernandes hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Harasvarupa Baweja was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Inan De showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 80 minute of play. Anutosa Paranjpe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Haricarana Lanong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harasvarupa Baweja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andhraka Kamle in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aryabhata Khandelwal in the 88th minute of play forced East Dulwich's goalkeeper Haricarana Lanong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, East Dulwich's Harasvarupa Baweja threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Andhraka Kamle, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. East Dulwich's Haricarana Lanong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agnisika Chaddha in the 96th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the East Dulwich players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Welford.
