Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ratilal Shah got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Formby's zone, Kavana Powar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honna Gopalkrishnan came out of the goal and Kavana Powar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of ATK Mohůn Bagæn FC booed when Formby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dayasagara Varma didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ratilal Shah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Honna Gopalkrishnan managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when ATK Mohůn Bagæn FC's Kavana Powar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaisisa Bhatti in the 10th minute of play forced ATK Mohůn Bagæn FC's goalkeeper Cittin Boparai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Motilal Laungani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cittin Boparai was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Akal Reddy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Honna Gopalkrishnan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ratilal Shah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ratilal Shah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Honna Gopalkrishnan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kavana Powar in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Honna Gopalkrishnan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Motilal Laungani took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cittin Boparai. Cittin Boparai dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Jaisisa Bhatti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Formby's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaisisa Bhatti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cittin Boparai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 39 minutes, Ratilal Shah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ATK Mohůn Bagæn FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ratilal Shah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Formby's Jaisisa Bhatti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cittin Boparai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaisisa Bhatti made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Kavana Powar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee gave ATK Mohůn Bagæn FC a penalty, 54 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kavana Powar, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Formby's Honna Gopalkrishnan. 1-3. 58 minutes into the match, ATK Mohůn Bagæn FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaisisa Bhatti came free, but Cittin Boparai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Gagan Matharu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cittin Boparai, 1-4. In the 66th match minute, Formby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agnibija Chawla to maneuver through the defense. Honna Gopalkrishnan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ratilal Shah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honna Gopalkrishnan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ratilal Shah in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Bhadranga Mundra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Formby's Aruni Reel broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 81 minutes into the match, ATK Mohůn Bagæn FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaisisa Bhatti came free, but Cittin Boparai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute Gagan Matharu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cittin Boparai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ATK Mohůn Bagæn FC's Cittin Boparai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save ATK Mohůn Bagæn FC from getting a goal against them. Cittin Boparai made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Akal Reddy sent off a good shot on target. After 93 played minutes ATK Mohůn Bagæn FC got a freekick which was hit by Isac Caetano. Dayasagara Varma kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. If Isac Caetano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Formby players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
