Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abhirupa Warwaha kicked off to start the match. 13 minutes into the match, Lymm AFC's Abhirupa Warwaha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raghavan Rane narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kailash Khandelwal fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 16th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. The audience was convinced that Akampita Datta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kaldhuta Hegde was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The supporters of Lymm AFC booed when Norwich was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hema Gurai didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 played minutes, Lymm AFC's Go Siamkhuma shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Raghavan Rane came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lymm AFC reached it. After 32 minutes, Abhirupa Warwaha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lymm AFC and the Norwich players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Lymm AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abhirupa Warwaha to maneuver through the defense. After 36 played minutes Lymm AFC got a freekick which was hit by Aanand Fernandes. In the 39th minute Kailash Khandelwal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaldhuta Hegde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Norwich's Rajeswar Solanki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kaldhuta Hegde narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Akampita Datta made a kick off. After 54 played minutes Lymm AFC got a freekick which was hit by Abhirupa Warwaha. Kaldhuta Hegde made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Kailash Khandelwal sent off a good shot on target. Kaldhuta Hegde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kailash Khandelwal in the 58th minute of the match. Kaldhuta Hegde was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Rajeswar Solanki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rajeswar Solanki really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. 61 minutes into the match, Lymm AFC's goalkeeper Kaldhuta Hegde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rajeswar Solanki. With his leg Kaldhuta Hegde managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Norwich's Rajeswar Solanki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hema Gurai kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. When Kujapa Hegde came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Lymm AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kujapa Hegde couldn't finish the play. Rajeswar Solanki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kaldhuta Hegde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. In the 76th minute Kujapa Hegde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raghavan Rane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 minutes Norwich's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anudesya Gandhi who took care of the corner kick. In the 81st minute Rajeswar Solanki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaldhuta Hegde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the match Norwich got a corner. Lymm AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kailash Khandelwal ran over to the corner to take the kick. Raghavan Rane didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kujapa Hegde went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Aanand Fernandes hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 97 minutes, Kaldhuta Hegde successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. For all the effort they put into the match, the Norwich players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lymm AFC.
