A hard shot 15 in the game by Çağdaş Ronaldinho from a close distance when the talented Amrik Dambria managed to make a qualified save. Hillhead's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Attilio Vettori managed to get in a good position for a shot. Castletown City's supporters rose to their feet, but Attilio Vettori was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amrik Dambria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Çağdaş Ronaldinho in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amrik Dambria saved Hillhead from getting behind. In the last second Amrik Dambria throw himself and got hold of the ball when Çağdaş Ronaldinho in the 20thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 22ndth minute of the game Çağdaş Ronaldinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hillhead's Amrik Dambria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Castletown City getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Dipen Pinto hit a great ball. Çağdaş Ronaldinho took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amrik Dambria. Amrik Dambria dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Çağdaş Ronaldinho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Amrik Dambria when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ferdinando Serafini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ambasthya Datta, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After 39 played minutes Castletown City got a freekick which was hit by Agnibahu Saxena. After some careless play in the Hillhead defense, Anjasa Bhuppal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amrik Dambria. The Hillhead fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amrik Dambria should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Hillhead's goalkeeper Amrik Dambria, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karunamoorthy Chana kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Castletown City's Attilio Vettori tried to score from far away in the 54th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Amrik Dambria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çağdaş Ronaldinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Abhimani Khongstid could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Ferdinando Serafini however easily saved by the left post. If Çağdaş Ronaldinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferdinando Serafini made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Abhimani Khongstid sent off a good shot on target. Amrik Dambria stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Çağdaş Ronaldinho's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Attilio Vettori hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Abhiraksa Gowda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amrik Dambria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağdaş Ronaldinho in the 82nd minute of play. Castletown City's Mina Dalvi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jaswant Arneja in the 84 minute of the game. Amrik Dambria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çağdaş Ronaldinho in the 85th minute of the match. Anjasa Bhuppal kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Anjasa Bhuppal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amrik Dambria having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Castletown City had played much better football throughout.
