Spectators: 10815 (Terracing: 8112, Seating: 2487, VIP seats: 216) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luisinho Proença kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niranjan Bhaura in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armin Di Matteo saved Frisco Panthers from getting behind. Ciro Varela made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Luisinho Proença sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th match minute, Frisco Panthers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergiu Grămescu to maneuver through the defense. Armin Di Matteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anhu Bajwa in the 16th minute of play. Theodor Kvalsund kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Armin Di Matteo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niranjan Bhaura, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Anhu Bajwa kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Eduardo Rodriguez might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciro Varela. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eduardo Rodriguez ran back to his position shaking his head. Nagpur FC's Ciro Varela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Nagpur FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Frisco Panthers's Eduardo Rodriguez got a free kick in the 24th minute. Armin Di Matteo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niranjan Bhaura, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 38th match minute, Nagpur FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atisaya Parekh to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Niranjan Bhaura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armin Di Matteo was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Luisinho Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Varela having to interfere. If Niranjan Bhaura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frisco Panthers's Armin Di Matteo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Frisco Panthers from getting a goal against them. Luisinho Proença received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ciro Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luisinho Proença's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciro Varela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luisinho Proença couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Nagpur FC's Anhu Bajwa got a free kick in the 74th minute. Niranjan Bhaura could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Armin Di Matteo made a huge save. Frisco Panthers's Armin Di Matteo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Frisco Panthers from getting a goal against them. 0-1 became the score in the 84th minute when Anhu Bajwa elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Frisco Panthers:s Armin Di Matteo showed great skill when he stopped Anhu Bajwa:s penalty. In the 90th minute, Eduardo Rodriguez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anhu Bajwa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Armin Di Matteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anandaghana Malhan hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Nagpur FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nagpur FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
