The tension between the sonec and the Tha Khun players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for sonec! The referee gave Tha Khun a penalty, 4 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sittiphon Malarat, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of sonec's Runchit Cheewawipat. 0-1. When Chookiet Worawattananon came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the sonec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chookiet Worawattananon couldn't finish the play. 12 minutes into the match, Thanit Paesangchun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Runchit Cheewawipat. sonec's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thanit Paesangchun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Runchit Cheewawipat came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Tha Khun's Nareupat Sangkrajay. But to his dismay, Nareupat Sangkrajay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 22 minutes into the game, Thammadech Kittivrhvarakul cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Sukit Jamparueng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thammadech Kittivrhvarakul got free with Sukit Jamparueng in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Thanit Paesangchun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 30 played minutes sonec got a freekick which was hit by Thammadech Kittivrhvarakul. 31 minutes into the match, Nareupat Sangkrajay notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of sonec's Runchit Cheewawipat. Runchit Cheewawipat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Thammadech Kittivrhvarakul kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sukit Jamparueng. That made the score 2-4 in the 37 minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Worawat Cheetanom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Runchit Cheewawipat. sonec's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Worawat Cheetanom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Somnuk Thepgoonhanimitta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sukit Jamparueng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Somnuk Thepgoonhanimitta in the 52nd minute of play. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tha Khun! After a rather tough play, sonec's Chookiet Worawattananon got a free kick in the 59th minute. Pongthep Sitthisomboon hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Sittiphon Malarat sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and sonec's Runchit Cheewawipat didn't even have to move. Worawat Cheetanom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Runchit Cheewawipat having to interfere. Thammadech Kittivrhvarakul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Sukit Jamparueng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Tha Khun's Worawat Cheetanom slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Runchit Cheewawipat. That made the score 2-6 after 72 minutes of play. Somnuk Thepgoonhanimitta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sukit Jamparueng having to interfere. 83 minutes into the game, Worawat Cheetanom recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Runchit Cheewawipat. Worawat Cheetanom showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-7. Rungpun Wongkad struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Runchit Cheewawipat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tha Khun. A collision led to sonec getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Banhan Deesopamat hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, Thanit Paesangchun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Tha Khun players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
