Thanit Paesangchun scored 3-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damrong Saenluang, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Tha Khun's Worawat Cheetanom slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Damrong Saenluang. That made the score 4-0 after 20 minutes of play. Tha Khun's Thanit Paesangchun got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Sittiphon Malarat fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tha Khun's protests and gave Sittiphon Malarat a yellow card for diving instead. Sittiphon Malarat hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. If Petnarong Kulapipatrat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Worawat Cheetanom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nareupat Sangkrajay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Thanit Paesangchun came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Tha Khun fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thanit Paesangchun couldn't finish the play. Worawat Cheetanom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damrong Saenluang having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Thanit Paesangchun made a precise shot to the right of Damrong Saenluang. Ban Gai Thuan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Rungpun Wongkad got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in Ban Gai Thuan's zone, Nareupat Sangkrajay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damrong Saenluang came out of the goal and Nareupat Sangkrajay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damrong Saenluang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nareupat Sangkrajay in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Thanit Paesangchun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanit Paesangchun might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damrong Saenluang. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Petnarong Kulapipatrat got free with Sukit Jamparueng in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Damrong Saenluang came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Tha Khun's Worawat Cheetanom. But to his dismay, Worawat Cheetanom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Worawat Cheetanom kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ban Gai Thuan's Phoowanai Klinyou got a free kick in the 72nd minute. If Petnarong Kulapipatrat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ban Gai Thuan's Chartchai Laungarunnapha got a free kick in the 87th minute. A collision led to Ban Gai Thuan getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Chartchai Laungarunnapha hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thanit Paesangchun in the 94th minute of play forced Ban Gai Thuan's goalkeeper Damrong Saenluang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Phoowanai Klinyou kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Tha Khun walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
