A collision led to Ban Faek getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Nopporn Jinawong hit a great ball. In the 18th minute Thanut Tangkitladawal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kang Bin Jun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ratikorn Khamopas took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sommit Sinarurad. Sommit Sinarurad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Thanawat Wastanagoun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Sommit Sinarurad made a huge save. Thamthada Lukyim's late challenge caught a Red Star FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thamthada Lukyim helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th match minute, Ban Faek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thamthada Lukyim to maneuver through the defense. Choochat Phomnin kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of Red Star FC booed when Ban Faek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sorapong Nethphrawong didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute, Thanut Tangkitladawal made a precise shot to the right of Kang Bin Jun. Red Star FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Nopporn Jinawong charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 46th minute, Ratikorn Khamopas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The wind increased when Ratikorn Khamopas made the kick off in the second half. Kang Bin Jun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Etoo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 77th minute of the match, Thanut Tangkitladawal got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kang Bin Jun was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The Ban Faek fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Ban Faek's Samuel Etoo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Sommit Sinarurad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ratikorn Khamopas in the 87th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Thanawat Wastanagoun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sommit Sinarurad stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ratikorn Khamopas's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Sommit Sinarurad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ratikorn Khamopas, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Red Star FC fully deserved thier win.
