Spectators: 9221 (Terracing: 6917, Seating: 2121, VIP seats: 183) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Samuel Etoo kicked off to start the match. Van Pa Khaem's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Khwanchai Bunying scored to the left of an out of position Tawagrit Numphoung, making the score, 1-0. Samuel Etoo kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Chalit Senanarong fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sommit Sinarurad having to interfere. When Ban Faek's Samuel Etoo in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Van Pa Khaem's goalie prevented a goal. When Choochat Phomnin fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ban Faek's protests and gave Choochat Phomnin a yellow card for diving instead. 18 minutes into the match, Van Pa Khaem's Nuttee Tamboon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sommit Sinarurad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Samuel Etoo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tawagrit Numphoung having to interfere. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ban Faek's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Panupan Kumluelerd was slow to take the kick. During this time Van Pa Khaem's players had a chance to rest. After a defensive mix-up in Ban Faek's zone, Pattharawut Thongkam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sommit Sinarurad came out of the goal and Pattharawut Thongkam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the last second Tawagrit Numphoung throw himself and got hold of the ball when Samuel Etoo in the 42ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Chalit Senanarong hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nuttee Tamboon was the one to do the kick off. Tawagrit Numphoung made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Etoo in the 55th minute of play. Chalit Senanarong came free with the goalkeeper in the 61st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sommit Sinarurad could save by the left post. Thanut Tangkitladawal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Tawagrit Numphoung tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute of the match Sorapong Nethphrawong sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tawagrit Numphoung skillfully saved the ball. Tawagrit Numphoung showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Etoo in the 70th minute of the match. Pawat Onsang hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Nopporn Jinawong hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the game, Nuttee Tamboon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sommit Sinarurad. Nuttee Tamboon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 86th minute, Kasem Laemthaisong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 89 minutes, Nopporn Jinawong mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ban Faek and the Van Pa Khaem players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 89 played minutes Ban Faek got a freekick which was hit by Nopporn Jinawong. If Khwanchai Bunying had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 minutes, Pattharawut Thongkam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Van Pa Khaem and the Ban Faek players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ban Faek booed when Van Pa Khaem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pattharawut Thongkam didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tawagrit Numphoung stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuel Etoo's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Van Pa Khaem walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
