But to his dismay, Edmund Kaczorowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Paiboon Phatthanasing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sorasak Mapinta, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Paiboon Phatthanasing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Kaczorowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Edmund Kaczorowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Farang FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 22 minutes in the game Benjaphon Yutisee did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Kasidit Pantasen. Chiang Mai Football Club's Paiboon Phatthanasing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pong Watcharavitayakul in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Farang FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tawat Chaiprakhon came free, but Marcus Karlstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paiboon Phatthanasing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pong Watcharavitayakul, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. A collision led to Farang FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Leon Borkowski hit a great ball. Paiboon Phatthanasing was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ragnar Hammarström scored 0-4 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paiboon Phatthanasing, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paiboon Phatthanasing didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmund Kaczorowski went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Marcus Karlstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tawat Chaiprakhon in the 45th minute of play.

Edmund Kaczorowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Paiboon Phatthanasing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tawee Deephetch's late challenge caught a Farang FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tawee Deephetch helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th match minute, Chiang Mai Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tawee Deephetch to maneuver through the defense. Chiang Mai Football Club's Paiboon Phatthanasing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 叶康庭 in the 55th minute of play. Paiboon Phatthanasing yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Paiboon Phatthanasing dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Paiboon Phatthanasing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ragnar Hammarström, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Sorasak Mapinta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Farang FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sorasak Mapinta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paiboon Phatthanasing breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute, Edmund Kaczorowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Durongrit Siriboon kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Sorasak Mapinta might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paiboon Phatthanasing. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sorasak Mapinta ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chiang Mai Football Club's goalkeeper Paiboon Phatthanasing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match was over Farang FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Chiang Mai Football Club throughout the match.
