Thapanapong Nunmen came out of the goal and Chomrat Lerchtrakulchai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 20 minutes into the game, ŦƗǤ€ŘŞ's Chomrat Lerchtrakulchai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thapanapong Nunmen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Egil Klepp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamed Velidović having to interfere. In the 29th minute, ŦƗǤ€ŘŞ's Huang Xiong ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Thapanapong Nunmen. Thapanapong Nunmen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Frank Öman kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Huang Xiong made a precise shot to the right of Thapanapong Nunmen. Tungsong's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Thapanapong Nunmen made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Huang Xiong sent off a good shot on target. After 42 played minutes ŦƗǤ€ŘŞ got a freekick which was hit by Chomrat Lerchtrakulchai. In the 44th minute Egil Klepp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamed Velidović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th match minute, ŦƗǤ€ŘŞ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chomrat Lerchtrakulchai to maneuver through the defense. Chomrat Lerchtrakulchai kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Egil Klepp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thapanapong Nunmen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 73rd match minute, Tungsong was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Brais to maneuver through the defense. After 73 played minutes, ŦƗǤ€ŘŞ's Thanan Javaus shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thapanapong Nunmen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Thapanapong Nunmen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Huang Xiong in the 82nd minute of play. Chitpon Wichachai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Hamed Velidović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanan Javaus was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 95th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Matt Benton charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matt Benton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Matt Benton kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Tungsong's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
