The referee ignored Putra Pasirkandel's protests and gave Ace Tarigan a yellow card for diving instead. Ace Tarigan hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Kosin Saepuloh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kosin Saepuloh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Meggy Lelono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Kualabee FC's Aryo Garmana dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Putra Pasirkandel's Meggy Lelono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kosin Saepuloh in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute Kosin Saepuloh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meggy Lelono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 minutes, Oding Witarya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Putra Pasirkandel and the Kualabee FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th match minute, Putra Pasirkandel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oding Witarya to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Putra Pasirkandel's zone, Stefan Andeas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Meggy Lelono came out of the goal and Stefan Andeas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kosin Saepuloh in the 32nd minute of play forced Putra Pasirkandel's goalkeeper Meggy Lelono to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stefan Andeas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Putra Pasirkandel booed when Kualabee FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kosin Saepuloh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sonny Djauhari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oding Witarya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the game, Aryo Garmana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kualabee FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Putra Pasirkandel the free kick. A collision led to Kualabee FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Aryo Garmana hit a great ball. Sonny Djauhari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fajar Bastari's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Oding Witarya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Putra Pasirkandel's supporters rose to their feet, but Oding Witarya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sonny Djauhari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kosin Saepuloh was the one to do the kick off. If Oding Witarya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Putra Pasirkandel getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ali Suhastra hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the game, Putra Pasirkandel's Emmanuel Kartiko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sonny Djauhari made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When Stefan Andeas came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Kualabee FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefan Andeas couldn't finish the play. Meggy Lelono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kosin Saepuloh in the 74th minute of play. Fajar Bastari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Oding Witarya came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Putra Pasirkandel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oding Witarya couldn't finish the play. Sonny Djauhari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oding Witarya in the 82nd minute of the match. Stefan Andeas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Kualabee FC's Ponirin Souisa got a free kick in the 90th minute. When Oding Witarya in the 91st play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Sonny Djauhari kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-2 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. After 96 minutes of play, Kualabee FC's Stefan Andeas made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Meggy Lelono was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kualabee FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
