Sapardi Risnandar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Wibowo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rendy Wahyudi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rendy Wahyudi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Herawan having to interfere. In the 13th minute Rendy Wahyudi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Herawan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th match minute, PSS Pasirsoang was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hendrawan Wibisono to maneuver through the defense. In the 15thth minute of the game Hendri Pakpahan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PSS Pasirsoang's Erik Herawan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leo Wibowo in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sapardi Risnandar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hendri Pakpahan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Herawan having to interfere. Leo Wibowo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leo Wibowo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sapardi Risnandar having to interfere. Sapardi Risnandar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Wibowo's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. In the 46th minute Hendri Pakpahan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Herawan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hendri Pakpahan struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Erik Herawan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tehoru FC. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

55 minutes had been played when some careless play by PSS Pasirsoang's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tata Napitupulu was slow to take the kick. During this time Tehoru FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of PSS Pasirsoang's goalie and right to Khoir Hamid. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. PSS Pasirsoang's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 57th minute Hendri Pakpahan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Herawan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 59 minutes, Rendy Wahyudi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tehoru FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rendy Wahyudi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Leo Wibowo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Imran Ohorella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sapardi Risnandar having to interfere. In the 70th minute of the match Pongky Situmorang shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sapardi Risnandar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hendrawan Wibisono struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Sapardi Risnandar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PSS Pasirsoang. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilang Suryata during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to PSS Pasirsoang getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Gilang Suryata hit a great ball. After 84 played minutes PSS Pasirsoang got a freekick which was hit by Andri Rambing. PSS Pasirsoang's Erik Herawan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hendri Pakpahan in the 88th minute of play. Leo Wibowo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sapardi Risnandar having to interfere. Rendy Wahyudi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Erik Herawan made a huge save.
