After 18 played minutes, FC SHB's Honestra Fachrudin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tanji Nurdjaman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC SHB reached it. In the 20th minute, Anzarra Pandelaki had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Eko Prayoga's late challenge caught a Fc Ternate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eko Prayoga helped the player get up and apologised. Fc Ternate made a substitution. Aan Wijaya replaced Anzarra Pandelaki. With his leg Deden Karamoy managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Fc Ternate's Boyke Suhaya fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nurdin Sumarwoto in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tanji Nurdjaman saved Fc Ternate from getting behind. 30 minutes into the match, Fc Ternate's goal looked a bit too open when Nurdin Sumarwoto came free, but Tanji Nurdjaman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 2-0 became the score in the 36th minute when Boyke Suhaya elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Deden Karamoy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boyke Suhaya in the 41st minute. Deden Karamoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilman Tabusala, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. FC SHB's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Hilman Tabusala scored to the left of an out of position Deden Karamoy, making the score, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kadek Surapradja made a kick off. FC SHB's Deden Karamoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boyke Suhaya in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aan Wijaya in the 56th minute of play forced FC SHB's goalkeeper Deden Karamoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Boyke Suhaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 minutes of play, Fc Ternate's Boyke Suhaya made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Deden Karamoy was left in no man's land by his defense there!
