Paulus Mandias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Nuriana Sarwono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Börje Jonasson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nuriana Sarwono. Börje Jonasson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 37th minute Börje Jonasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuriana Sarwono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuriana Sarwono took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börje Jonasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Joshua Manaf made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Börje Jonasson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nuriana Sarwono was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. The supporters of Akbar United FC booed when Macanmati was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jais Tohir didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute, Macanmati's Deka Gunawan seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Deka Gunawan the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Macanmati protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Deka Gunawan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 90th minute of the game. One of Macanmati:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Akbar United FC:s goal. 3-1 came in the 94th minute when Börje Jonasson all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Nuriana Sarwono. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Börje Jonasson in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nuriana Sarwono saved Macanmati from getting behind. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Akbar United FC had played much better football throughout.
