Yoppie Azad scored 1-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ateng Thamrin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 37 minutes, Angga Hudaya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stretford Enders and the Tegari players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Stretford Enders's Angga Hudaya got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Budiman Yuwana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47thth minute of the game Danang Koswara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tegari's Ateng Thamrin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Duloh Tumena to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Stretford Enders's goalkeeper John Sutisna, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ateng Thamrin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yoppie Azad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg John Sutisna managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Tegari's Budiman Yuwana fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stretford Enders's John Sutisna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Stretford Enders from getting a goal against them. Budiman Yuwana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. John Sutisna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the game, Danang Koswara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ateng Thamrin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 80 minutes into the match, Tegari's goal looked a bit too open when Danang Koswara came free, but Ateng Thamrin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Yoppie Azad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stretford Enders's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tegari the free kick. After 83 played minutes Stretford Enders got a freekick which was hit by Yoppie Azad. 87 minutes into the game, Stretford Enders's Yoppie Azad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ateng Thamrin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After 90 minutes, Daeng Zumardi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tegari and the Stretford Enders players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Stretford Enders booed when Tegari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daeng Zumardi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yoppie Azad struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Ateng Thamrin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stretford Enders. Yoppie Azad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ateng Thamrin having to interfere. In the 95th minute Duloh Tumena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Sutisna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Stretford Enders getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Yoppie Azad hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tegari players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Stretford Enders.
