In the 11th minute, one of Koepang XI FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Koepang XI FC. The referee gave Maubele FC a penalty, 12 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Daniel Sugandi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Koepang XI FC's Ida Bagus Sulistio. 0-1. Pinilih Karo-karo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ida Bagus Sulistio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pinilih Karo-karo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nadjib Dewa was extremely unlucky when he, in the 24th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 27 minutes into the match, Pinilih Karo-karo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ida Bagus Sulistio. Koepang XI FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pinilih Karo-karo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The audience was convinced that Sophan Pandelaki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ida Bagus Sulistio was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Iqbal Rantung's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Porman Christiawan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Porman Christiawan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nadjib Dewa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 39 minute of play. Ida Bagus Sulistio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pinilih Karo-karo in the 43rd minute of the match. The Koepang XI FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Maubele FC were winning 1-3.

The wind increased when Pinilih Karo-karo made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Koepang XI FC's Ipey Novrizal got a free kick in the 54th minute. A hard shot by Daniel Sugandi from long distance, 56 minutes into the match, got Ida Bagus Sulistio's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 62 played minutes Maubele FC got a freekick which was hit by Muchsin Maruanaya. Ida Bagus Sulistio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pinilih Karo-karo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Pinilih Karo-karo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sophan Pandelakis short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Ida Bagus Sulistio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rochy Rahardjo charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rochy Rahardjo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 69 played minutes Koepang XI FC got a freekick which was hit by Rochy Rahardjo. Maubele FC were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Koepang XI FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Sugandi took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Luthfi Herlambang got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ida Bagus Sulistio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Pinilih Karo-karo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Koepang XI FC's Ida Bagus Sulistio got control of the ball when Sophan Pandelaki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ida Bagus Sulistio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pinilih Karo-karo's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. The supporters of Maubele FC booed when Koepang XI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gideon Priatna didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute, Gideon Priatna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute Nadjib Dewa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Porman Christiawan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Maubele FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
