Vhaloe FC's Tintus Wewengkang got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kimung Mangindaan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iqbal Kondologit in the 5th minute of the match. A collision led to Muaraatan FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Adit Sagala hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iqbal Kondologit in the 8th minute of play forced Muaraatan FC's goalkeeper Kimung Mangindaan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kimung Mangindaan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iqbal Kondologit, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After some careless play in the Muaraatan FC defense, Iqbal Kondologit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kimung Mangindaan. The Muaraatan FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kimung Mangindaan should have stopped the shot. Ujang Pangkali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hatta Marianto in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, Vhaloe FC's Ujang Pangkali got control of the ball when Uci De Weerd tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Bono Yulianto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vhaloe FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Muaraatan FC the free kick. A collision led to Vhaloe FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Bono Yulianto hit a great ball. Hatta Marianto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ujang Pangkali having to interfere. Uci De Weerd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ujang Pangkali having to interfere. Hatta Marianto might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ujang Pangkali. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hatta Marianto ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 32nd match minute, Vhaloe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Usman Ramadhan to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Muaraatan FC's Ayat Novianto tried to score from far away in the 33rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Usman Ramadhan fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vhaloe FC's protests and gave Usman Ramadhan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Muaraatan FC booed when Vhaloe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Usman Ramadhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Ayat Novianto in the 36th minute really tested Ujang Pangkali's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Uci De Weerd's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ujang Pangkali read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Ujang Pangkali was a little too slow when Hatta Marianto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 47th minute Adit Sagala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ujang Pangkali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Iqbal Kondologit made the kick off in the second half. Tintus Wewengkang struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Kimung Mangindaan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vhaloe FC. Ujang Pangkali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hatta Marianto in the 53rd minute of the match. Ujang Pangkali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hatta Marianto in the 59th minute of play. If Iqbal Kondologit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. Muaraatan FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hatta Marianto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76thth minute of the game Hatta Marianto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vhaloe FC's Ujang Pangkali was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hatta Marianto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ujang Pangkali read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. When Bono Yulianto was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 79 minutes had been played. In the 80th match minute, Vhaloe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bono Yulianto to maneuver through the defense. Uci De Weerd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ujang Pangkali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adit Sagala's late challenge caught a Vhaloe FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adit Sagala helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Muaraatan FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Adit Sagala hit a great ball. After 93 played minutes Vhaloe FC got a freekick which was hit by Ganjar Prastowo. Ayat Novianto missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 95 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Ujang Pangkali right hand side. Ujang Pangkali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hatta Marianto, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
