When Hatta Marianto came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Muaraatan FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hatta Marianto couldn't finish the play. Cahyo Purwanto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hatta Marianto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Suki Syahrial's goalkeeper Cahyo Purwanto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uci De Weerd. In the 18th minute, Hatta Marianto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Muaraatan FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uci De Weerd got free with Cahyo Purwanto in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 22 minutes into the match, Suki Syahrial's goal looked a bit too open when Hatta Marianto came free, but Cahyo Purwanto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uci De Weerd got free with Cahyo Purwanto in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hatta Marianto succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 29th playminute. Paulino Ovando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kimung Mangindaan having to interfere. Paulino Ovando's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kimung Mangindaan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. If Paulino Ovando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paulino Ovando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the game, Evan Mangindaan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Suki Syahrial's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Muaraatan FC the free kick. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Suki Syahrial! When the match had been going on for 49 minutes, Muaraatan FC's Ayat Novianto got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Cahyo Purwanto. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Cahyo Purwanto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uci De Weerd, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. If Hatta Marianto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hatta Marianto struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Cahyo Purwanto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Muaraatan FC. Hatta Marianto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Cahyo Purwanto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Hatta Marianto put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cahyo Purwanto. Adrianus Goeslaw hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Demas Hutapea charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Demas Hutapea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Suki Syahrial's Demas Hutapea got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 76th match minute, Muaraatan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sunar Darwis to maneuver through the defense. Demas Hutapea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kimung Mangindaan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Demas Hutapea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Paulino Ovando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suki Syahrial's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulino Ovando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kimung Mangindaan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulino Ovando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Paulino Ovando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulino Ovando got free with Kimung Mangindaan in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hatta Marianto struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Cahyo Purwanto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Muaraatan FC. Suki Syahrial's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Muaraatan FC had won, even though Suki Syahrial had held more of the ball.
