The Putra Uteran fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rebiyana Kurnaedi should have stopped the shot. Ari Yarangga made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Herry Wijaya sent off a good shot on target. Sinyo Mangkulangit might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rebiyana Kurnaedi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sinyo Mangkulangit ran back to his position shaking his head. Rebiyana Kurnaedi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Munawir Wirahadikusumah in the 38th minute of the match.
