In the 12thth minute of the game Sutan Muntu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Harmaica's Avanti Kurnia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Uum Mangindaan hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Harmaica's zone, Sutan Muntu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Avanti Kurnia came out of the goal and Sutan Muntu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Utha Limbong hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Yosef Pangalila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christopher Sutarya in the 18th minute of the match. After 19 minutes, David Sitepu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Harmaica and the Wakadea FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. David Sitepu hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Harmaica's Avanti Kurnia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sutan Muntu in the 20th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Edwin Sukardi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Avanti Kurnia was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. If Sutan Muntu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harmaica's Avanti Kurnia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Harmaica from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Christopher Sutarya made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Harmaica's Christopher Sutarya dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 58th minute, Weldy Purwanto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, David Sitepu notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Wakadea FC's Yosef Pangalila. Yosef Pangalila was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Christopher Sutarya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yosef Pangalila having to interfere. In the 64th match minute, Wakadea FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trisno Sonjaya to maneuver through the defense. Trisno Sonjaya's late challenge caught a Harmaica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Trisno Sonjaya helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Wakadea FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trisno Sonjaya to maneuver through the defense. Indiana Samiaji was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 67th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Harmaica's Christopher Sutarya got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sutan Muntu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avanti Kurnia having to interfere. If Sutan Muntu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Avanti Kurnia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Sukardi in the 84th minute of play. When Christopher Sutarya came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Harmaica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christopher Sutarya couldn't finish the play. Christopher Sutarya might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yosef Pangalila. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christopher Sutarya ran back to his position shaking his head. If Sutan Muntu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wakadea FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Christopher Sutarya 93 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Harmaica eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
