In the 8th minute, Nakula Sinambela sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Koesoe's Robbie Hutagalung didn't even have to move. David Sagala's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robbie Hutagalung read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Robbie Hutagalung made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yadi Surahman in the 11th minute. Koesoe's Robbie Hutagalung played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Sagala in the 12th minute of play. The nice shot from Yadi Surahman in the 13thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Robbie Hutagalung had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Robbie Hutagalung showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Sagala in the 16th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Sagala in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robbie Hutagalung prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, David Sagala left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malaka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 31st match minute, Koesoe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francis Poerwonegoro to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Koesoe's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after David Sagala fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Demas Asshidiq fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Sutanto having to interfere. If Demas Asshidiq had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malaka's Kelik Wicaksono pulled a muscle in his back after 42 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Ebieth Arwana's late challenge caught a Malaka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ebieth Arwana helped the player get up and apologised. Malaka's Nakula Sinambela couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Koesoe.

Demas Asshidiq fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Sutanto having to interfere. Iwan Sutanto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iwan Sutanto made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Demas Asshidiq sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Demas Asshidiq managed to get in a good position for a shot. Koesoe's supporters rose to their feet, but Demas Asshidiq was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iwan Sutanto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th minute of the match Koesoe got a corner. Malaka's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sonny Kili-kili ran over to the corner to take the kick. Koesoe's Sonny Kili-kili was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Iwan Sutanto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Achmad Sumanto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yadi Surahman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robbie Hutagalung read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. After 84 played minutes Koesoe got a freekick which was hit by Nugie Sinurat. Malaka's Nakula Sinambela couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Koesoe. The supporters of Malaka booed when Koesoe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ortizan Sulistianto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nyangnyang Mustamu's late challenge caught a Koesoe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nyangnyang Mustamu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Koesoe booed when Malaka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iwan Sutanto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demas Asshidiq, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Achmad Sumanto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Sutanto having to interfere. Malaka's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
