Spectators: 8455 (Terracing: 6342, Seating: 1944, VIP seats: 169) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when M. Ramdhan Muttaqien took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the GatotKaca Warriors ®eborn defense, Anthony Garmana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henky Thamrin. The GatotKaca Warriors ®eborn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henky Thamrin should have stopped the shot. M. Ramdhan Muttaqien could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Joni Rangkuti made a huge save. Putra Ponrang's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when M. Ramdhan Muttaqien scored to the left of an out of position Joni Rangkuti, making the score, 1-1. With a little luck, Putra Ponrang's Joni Rangkuti got control of the ball when M. Ramdhan Muttaqien tried to sneak it across the goal line. M. Ramdhan Muttaqien had several of the Putra Ponrang's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Joni Rangkuti as he didn't even see the shot coming. Putra Ponrang's Joni Rangkuti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Putra Ponrang from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iwan Utina in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joni Rangkuti saved Putra Ponrang from getting behind. If Oyon Sentosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Joni Rangkuti managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when GatotKaca Warriors ®eborn's Rangga Wewengkang fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Joni Rangkuti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ardhika Pattimura, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. With his leg Joni Rangkuti managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when GatotKaca Warriors ®eborn's Rangga Wewengkang fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 41 minutes into the game, Rangga Wewengkang lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Joni Rangkuti. If M. Ramdhan Muttaqien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Putra Ponrang's Anthony Garmana got a free kick in the 45th minute. When the match clock showed 48 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Ardhika Pattimura sped through Putra Ponrang's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joni Rangkuti. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Prabu Hasudungan to strike the kick off in the second half. Iwan Utina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 58 played minutes Putra Ponrang got a freekick which was hit by Anthony Garmana. In the 60th minute, Anthony Garmana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rangga Wewengkang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of GatotKaca Warriors ®eborn booed when Putra Ponrang was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamal Pangaribuan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chairil Daryana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling M. Ramdhan Muttaqien in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joni Rangkuti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 69 minutes into the match, Iwan Utina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joni Rangkuti. Putra Ponrang's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iwan Utina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Henky Thamrin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jamal Pangaribuan in the 74th minute. If Ardhika Pattimura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Rangga Wewengkang managed to get in a good position for a shot. GatotKaca Warriors ®eborn's supporters rose to their feet, but Rangga Wewengkang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joni Rangkuti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rangga Wewengkang might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joni Rangkuti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rangga Wewengkang ran back to his position shaking his head. M. Ramdhan Muttaqien blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joni Rangkuti having to make a save. If Rangga Wewengkang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rangga Wewengkang might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joni Rangkuti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rangga Wewengkang ran back to his position shaking his head. Joni Rangkuti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rangga Wewengkang's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling M. Ramdhan Muttaqien in the 99th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joni Rangkuti prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
