Yeyen Sopacua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Mangkubumi having to interfere. Sofoklis Mantzouranas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Samuel Mangkubumi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. POTREKONENG FC were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Aermata's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yeyen Sopacua took the corner. After taking down the ball on POTREKONENG FC's corner Yeyen Sopacua fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Samuel Mangkubumi quite easily take care of the ball. Samuel Mangkubumi was a little too slow when Sofoklis Mantzouranas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-0. Uu Riyanto hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sofoklis Mantzouranas made a kick off. In the 51st minute Sofoklis Mantzouranas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Mangkubumi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aermata's Samuel Mangkubumi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sofoklis Mantzouranas in the 72nd minute of play. If Yeyen Sopacua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75thth minute of the game Sofoklis Mantzouranas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aermata's Samuel Mangkubumi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
