Charles Tanzil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Max Pane read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Sakti Darmuis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulrico Gonzales having to interfere. When Bustanil Soeprapto came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Juata FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bustanil Soeprapto couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Juata FC's zone, Charles Tanzil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Max Pane came out of the goal and Charles Tanzil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Charles Tanzil made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Cosmas Muntu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Putra Lemanbang's Ulrico Gonzales didn't even have to move. A collision led to Juata FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Zulkifli Dandy hit a great ball. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Juata FC's goalkeeper Max Pane, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 77th minute Sakti Darmuis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulrico Gonzales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charles Tanzil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Max Pane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Sakti Darmuis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juata FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sakti Darmuis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulrico Gonzales breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bustanil Soeprapto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, Putra Lemanbang's Yayan Darwis got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute, Sakti Darmuis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Putra Lemanbang's zone, Bustanil Soeprapto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulrico Gonzales came out of the goal and Bustanil Soeprapto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Putra Lemanbang's Jafar Yulianto got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Juata FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
