Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Munawir Daryana made the kick off and thus started the match. Paulus Subiyakto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anak Agung Sopacua in the 5th minute of the match. The corner ended in Anak Agung Sopacua almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but PSI Tatelu's Paulus Subiyakto did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yatna Sutimbul in the 8th minute of play forced PSI Tatelu's goalkeeper Paulus Subiyakto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulus Subiyakto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dudan Kasrun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulus Subiyakto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yatna Sutimbul in the 12th minute of play. Paulus Subiyakto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dudan Kasrun in the 13th minute of the match. If Munawir Daryana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 25 minutes into the game, Diding Masengi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HGPM FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSI Tatelu the free kick. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for HGPM FC! After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Mukti Irawan managed to get in a good position for a shot. PSI Tatelu's supporters rose to their feet, but Mukti Irawan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nandang Abidin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 32nd minute of the game. One of PSI Tatelu:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of HGPM FC:s goal. Anak Agung Sopacua took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulus Subiyakto. Paulus Subiyakto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 38 minutes into the match, PSI Tatelu's goal looked a bit too open when Dudan Kasrun came free, but Paulus Subiyakto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44thth minute of the game Munawir Daryana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HGPM FC's Nandang Abidin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yatna Sutimbul to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, HGPM FC's Anak Agung Sopacua got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 59th minute, Yatna Sutimbul reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Paulus Subiyakto. The goal made the score 2-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anak Agung Sopacua got free with Paulus Subiyakto in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iman Zumardi in the 65th minute of play forced HGPM FC's goalkeeper Nandang Abidin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee gave Diding Masengi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 76th minute, Diding Masengi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mukti Irawan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Dudan Kasrun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, PSI Tatelu's Munawir Daryana sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nandang Abidin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Munawir Daryana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Nandang Abidin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 minutes, Yatna Sutimbul mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HGPM FC and the PSI Tatelu players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, HGPM FC's Yatna Sutimbul got a free kick in the 92nd minute. If Mukti Irawan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The HGPM FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing HGPM FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
