Haris Lunggana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ade Abidin made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Iman Zumardi sent off a good shot on target. Mukti Irawan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Mukti Irawan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 9th minute, Armand Sobarna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Munawir Daryana in the 11th minute of play forced Warriors FC's goalkeeper Ade Abidin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 played minutes Warriors FC got a freekick which was hit by Farhan Nurwahid. Iman Zumardi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the game, one of Warriors FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 28th minute, Armand Sobarna made a precise shot to the right of Paulus Subiyakto. PSI Tatelu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogon Dharmasakti in the 31st minute of play forced PSI Tatelu's goalkeeper Paulus Subiyakto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulus Subiyakto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Goeslaw, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Munawir Daryana in the 33rd minute of play forced Warriors FC's goalkeeper Ade Abidin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gogon Dharmasakti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulus Subiyakto having to interfere. After the first half Warriors FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Munawir Daryana stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, PSI Tatelu's Paulus Subiyakto got control of the ball when Haris Lunggana tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mukti Irawan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ade Abidin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mukti Irawan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PSI Tatelu's Paulus Subiyakto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogon Dharmasakti in the 57th minute of play. Mukti Irawan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ade Abidin having to interfere. Ade Abidin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mukti Irawan in the 63rd minute of the match. Paulus Subiyakto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogon Dharmasakti, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 71st minute Iman Zumardi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ade Abidin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Munawir Daryana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Muladi Arnawa hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Victor Goeslaw's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Paulus Subiyakto firmly grabbed it by the left post. 77 minutes into the match, PSI Tatelu's goal looked a bit too open when Haris Lunggana came free, but Paulus Subiyakto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ade Abidin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mamiek Wiryawan, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Iman Zumardi might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ade Abidin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iman Zumardi ran back to his position shaking his head. Paulus Subiyakto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armand Sobarna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle went the supporters of Warriors FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant PSI Tatelu side.
