In the 8th minute, Tubagus Sungkawa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Caio Dante might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kahar Suseno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Caio Dante ran back to his position shaking his head. Kahar Suseno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Yudha Hutasoit in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The PS Gunung Sindur fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kahar Suseno should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Caio Dante was the one to do the kick off. Paijo Sutrisna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yudha Hutasoit in the 87th minute of the match. SAPI FC's Paijo Sutrisna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Coky Sugandi in the 89th minute of play. SAPI FC's Caio Dante got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
