Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SAPI FC's Alex Morais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Coky Sugandi in the 9th minute of play. Alex Morais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tubagus Sungkawa, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute of the match PS Gunung Sindur got a corner. SAPI FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jens Billberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led PS Gunung Sindur's Jens Billberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Alex Morais despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 26th match minute, SAPI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nderim Pepo to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Nderim Pepo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kahar Suseno was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Alex Morais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Coky Sugandi in the 37th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Nderim Pepo made a precise shot to the right of Kahar Suseno. PS Gunung Sindur's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Coky Sugandi made the kick off in the second half. After 61 played minutes SAPI FC got a freekick which was hit by Warsidi Oktavianus. The crowd rose to their feet as Coky Sugandi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alex Morais. That made the score 2-1 in the 62 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Coky Sugandi managed to get in a good position for a shot. PS Gunung Sindur's supporters rose to their feet, but Coky Sugandi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alex Morais breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SAPI FC's Anton Bulencea was substituted for Tito Rangkuti. The supporters of PS Gunung Sindur booed when SAPI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wahab Likumahua didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, SAPI FC's goalkeeper Alex Morais had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Coky Sugandi. Kahar Suseno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Warsidi Oktavianus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind PS Gunung Sindur's goalkeeper Kahar Suseno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Coky Sugandi got free with Alex Morais in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in PS Gunung Sindur's zone, Nderim Pepo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kahar Suseno came out of the goal and Nderim Pepo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The SAPI FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
