Nguyễn Van Quyen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Triệu Hoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Nam Dinh's Huỳnh Tong got control of the ball when Phạm Liem tried to sneak it across the goal line. Võ Tong struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Nguyễn Van Quyen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nam Dinh. Nguyễn Van Quyen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Võ Tong in the 94th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Nam Dinh fully deserved thier win.
