Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nguyễn Van Tai Em kicked off to start the match. Nguyễn Van Tai Em sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Cai Be's Nguyễn Lam threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nguyễn Van Tai Em, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Hoàng Quang Thanh charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hoàng Quang Thanh the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hoàng Quang Thanh kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Phạm Minh, 10 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 14th minute, Trần Minh-ha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Đà Nẵng's Nguyễn Lam got control of the ball when Trần Minh-ha tried to sneak it across the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Đà Nẵng's goal looked a bit too open when Nguyễn Van Tai Em came free, but Nguyễn Lam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nguyễn Lam came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Cai Be's Trần Minh-ha. But to his dismay, Trần Minh-ha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Nguyễn Van Tai Em had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 played minutes Đà Nẵng got a freekick which was hit by Võ Loc. Võ Loc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. La Thanh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trần Minh-ha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trần Minh-ha's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Nguyễn Lam skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

2-0 became the score in the 52nd minute when Trần Minh-ha elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Trần Minh-ha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nguyễn Lam having to interfere. Nguyễn Lam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nguyễn Van Tai Em, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Võ Bay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cai Be's supporters rose to their feet, but Võ Bay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nguyễn Lam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 70th minute, Trần Minh-ha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Đà Nẵng's Nguyễn Lam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nguyễn Van Tai Em in the 72nd minute of play. After having played for 73 minutes, Trần Minh-ha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cai Be's supporters crossed their fingers, but Trần Minh-ha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nguyễn Van Tai Em's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nguyễn Lam read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Cai Be's Nguyễn Van Tai Em nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nguyễn Lam made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After 80 played minutes Đà Nẵng got a freekick which was hit by Võ Loc. Phạm Minh succeeded in the game's 81st minute to get real power on a long shot . Đà Nẵng's Nguyễn Lam hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 4-0! 6-0 became the score in the 96th minute when Nguyễn Van Tai Em elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Cai Be's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
