Lý Mai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Tan An's supporters crossed their fingers, but Phan Minh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Tan An booed when Khanh6868 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Huỳnh Phuong didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trần Hoang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nguyễn Pham in the 72nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tan An's zone, Nguyễn Pham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trần Hoang came out of the goal and Nguyễn Pham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lý Mai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trần Than in the 78th minute of play. After having played for 84 minutes, Trần Than managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tan An's supporters crossed their fingers, but Trần Than was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute of the match, Nguyễn Hieu Ngan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lý Mai was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nguyễn Viet in the 90th minute of play forced Tan An's goalkeeper Trần Hoang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trần Than sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tan An's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
